👋 Welcome, welcome new paid subscribers!
Both during my workday and in the evening, after finishing working remotely, I use reading (physical books!) to unwind, disconnect and relax.
I find the shift of focus and attention from my computer and devices to a real physical book, using my hands to turn the pages, serves to reset my energy and focus.
