Earlier this week we were on a long snow weekend in the Spanish Pyrenees where I took these photos below whilst exploring around Formigal (Spanish side) and Portalet (French side) of the border.
It was such a pretty and conditions perfect weekend break. The snow fell softly and there was plenty. Although ski pass prices are expensive, not having to pay for accommodation during the popular high season, saved us around e500 euros as a family, making a big difference to our trip.
