🔎 Guest: "Our VP of People & Culture is a Digital Nomad!"
Busting the myth that Nomads are freelancers, meet Vanesa a VP at PolicyMe
Meet Vanesa Cotlar, who believes in empowering individuals to work from wherever they do their best work! Vanesa was introduced to digital nomading through Remote Year in January 2018. She loved the idea of seeing the world while working and understanding how different cultures, businesses, and tech environments operate.
Vanesa paused nomading during the pandemic, but she started again in the spring of 2022. She works remotely as the VP of People & Culture at PolicyMe, where she enjoys flexible work location, productivity, and the creativity of working in places that inspires her.

🫶How do you take care of yourself when nomading?

Scope out the gym I want to join (and get a membership)
Find my grocery store to get ready for the week
Check the internet speed and connect all my devices to the Wifi
