-> Do the seem to walk the talk!?
📌 We don't like onsite, but we do love offsites, retreats and meetups
-> Look for evidence of these meet-ups and team gatherings
📌 Find, follow, connect and learn from the companies remote advocates, experts and champions, as another way of validating their remote first culture
-> These people are key to the organisational model success and sustainability, so seek them out 🔎
