Whenever I spend time in nature, even if is simply a quick walk through a city park, I find myself tuning into the sounds and environment, with extra focus.

Last weekend, whilst immersed in the beauty of the Spanish countryside, I found myself practicing some of these exercises below, almost on auto-pilot.

Engaging all my senses to be more present and feel supported by my surroundings, is part of my rituals whilst walking or hiking.
