The regular promotional news on Digital Nomad Visas, which arguably are simply a way for countries to earn tax income from Nomads, tends to be of lesser interest to me.
What fascinates me as how nomadism enables mobility of any type. Yes, there is me with the luxury of my shiny EU passport which can move across borders, but that is not the full picture.
I also appreciate for some people it is simply enough to move from urban to rural areas or around one’s country of origin, embracing Nomadism to simply move internally and seek a better life in their own country.
Especially if that country is huge.
I ponder more of how inter-regional movement can be significant and needed
In countries like China, internal movement can be life-changing.
