Did you know I sometimes go barefoot whilst remote working?
Yup, regardless of location, you may find me peeling off my shoes and reaching my feet out to touch the bare ground, stretching my toes right across the floor.
My toes are double jointed, which may be TMI for you, but it means I can stretch them really far apart. It can be odd looking but that stretch of every toe is really really nice. Making my feet feel great after. Trust me!
